In the near future we will invest with STERINA for cable crosslinking. We believe that with this investment the process is more effective and efficient in terms of time and cost, compared to the previous process where we had to use irradiator facilities abroad.

This facility is similar to other irradiation technologies, but at STERINA the process is faster so we can export our products on time.

I was really surprised when I tried the sterilization here, it turned out that the process was very fast even though the dose we wanted was quite high, which was around 25 kGy and the results were sterile according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health, the staff were also good looking hahaha.

Why did I choose X-Ray? : 1. Certainty of irradiation schedule so that shipment demurrage can be minimized; 2. Lab results comply with the acceptability standards of the destination country (E.Coli, Salmonella, TPC, Yeast and Mold, and other bacteria); 3. Our potential buyers require irradiation with X-Ray (they don’t want radioactivity). Hopefully, our production will increase so that we can go to STERINA at least 2 containers in a week.
